LITTLE DANCERS 1
(AGES 2-4)

In this introductory class, basic motor skills are taught 
An introduction to coordination of arms, head, legs, & feet 
Start to build on attention span, musicality, rhythm 
*This level will perform at the Year End Presentation 

LITTLE DANCERS 2
(AGES 4-6)

Saturdays,

10:30 - 11:30 a.m.

An introduction to basic ballet vocabulary and basic ballet combinations 
Build on motor skills, coordination, attention span, musicality, rhythm 
*This level will perform at the Year End Presentation 

PREPARATORY 1
(AGES 6-8)

Saturdays,

11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Build on basic ballet vocabulary and expand ballet combinations 
Build on motor skills, coordination, attention span, musicality, rhythm 
*This level will perform at the Year End Presentation 

PREPARATORY 2
(AGES 6-8)

Mondays & Wednesdays,

5:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Build on basic ballet vocabulary and expand ballet combinations 
Build on motor skills, coordination, attention span, musicality, rhythm

ADULT BALLET CLASS
(AGES 21+)

Mondays & Wednesdays,

6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

This is a one-and-a-half-hour class of ballet technique including barre and center work - great for adults with prior or little ballet experience. The class involves teaching the principles of body alignment, placement, strength and stretching. In addition, the fundamentals of coordination, balance, turning and jumping are taught and reinforced during center work. This class offers full body training that engages all of your muscles.
