Mondays & Wednesdays, 6:00 - 7:30 PM
This one-and-a-half hour class of ballet technique includes barre and center work - great for adults with prior or little ballet experience. The class involves teaching the principles of body alignment, placement, strength and stretching. In addition, the fundamentals of coordination, balance, turning and jumping are taught and reinforced during center work. This class also offers full body training that engages all of your muscles.
Students should have their hair pulled away from the face.
