As a resident company of Playhouse Square, Cleveland Ballet is Northeast Ohio’s only professional classical ballet company, reaching a hundred thousand individuals with its performances and education outreach programs over the years.

Its growing recognition has secured Cleveland’s place on the national landscape as a destination for cultivating premier ballet programming.

Cleveland Ballet supports the regional economic development engine by employing 33 dancers from throughout the United States as well as nine countries, many of whom now call Cleveland home, and more widely by bringing audiences downtown to enjoy all the city has to offer.
